Masterplan Marupi selected at the VI Baku International Architecture Awards

We are delighted to share that one of our most recent projects, the Marupi Masterplan, was awarded at the sixth edition of the Baku International Architecture Awards. Among over 200 submissions, Marupi received the second prize in the category of unbuilt projects, alongside twenty other selected entries.

The award, organized by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Union of Architects of Azerbaijan, with the support of the UIA – International Union of Architects, aims to discover new ideas for urban and architectural development, recognizing innovative designs and solutions to achieve excellence in practice.

The Marupi Masterplan, located along the Cocoa Coast in Bahia, harmoniously integrates real estate development with ecotourism, providing spaces where nature takes center stage at all times. Inspired by the agroecological cultivation of the cocoa tree, the project follows the philosophy of “cabruca cocoa”, where the architectural design mirrors the integration of the tree with its natural environment.

The recognition at the VI Baku International Architecture Award is a testament to our commitment to sustainable development and innovation in architecture and territorial planning, integrating real estate development with tourism practices and immersion in natural landscapes and local biodiversity.
